This printed was created by German Lufthansa Airline as their “Artists of the World” gifts for first class passengers. The playful illustration depicts a man in a business suit being controlled by puppet strings backed with a shimmering gold sky. This print is a small but very striking artwork by a prominent contemporary artist.

Hors d’Commerce - Prints annotated 'H.C.'' literally mean ‘outside the trade’..That is not offered through the usual commercial channels. These were often made by the artist to be used as samples to show art dealers or galleries. They are not always signed by the artist. This is a hand signed photo lithograph after the painting by the artist. Edition numbers may vary from listed photo.

ORIGINAL LITHOGRAPHS
