HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Every item is sent in sturdy packaging to ensure safe arrival.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched, normally within 2 days.
- All products are shipped on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in).
- We will confirm your order & notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 3-14 days delivery time.
Priority Expedited Shipping orders is available & customers should ask for special rates.
For all International Shipping, please allow up to maximum 14 days for delivery time, it's always sooner!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do offer international shipping to everywhere in the world!

HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE….
Orders shipped outside of the Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

We always mark your item as a gift however..
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Art & Vintage Store has no control over these charges, nor can Art & Vintage Store predict what they may be.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our workshop is located in Dublin, Ireland, some of our specialty items are sourced from other countries such as Spain, Germany, United Kingdom and Holland.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the European or US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER!
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
