HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?
Free shipping automatically happens on purchases over the value of $59
Purchases that don't qualify for free shipping are subject to a flat $10 fee.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 24-35 days delivery time.
Priority Expedited Shipping orders is available & customers should ask for special rates.
For all International Shipping, please allow up to maximum 4 weeks for delivery time, it's always sooner!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do offer international shipping. Please ask for special rates.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our main office is located in Ireland, some of our specialty items are sourced from other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the European or US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
